8 Food that can help you to fight against Allergies

Allergies and asthma are no doubt harmful in nature but the irritation it cause makes it more dangerous and uncontrollable therefore its becomes important to take proper care for them because it causes skin rashes and itching, uncontrolled sneezing and respiratory problems etc which is unpleasant in front of other people and also makes you irritated but the problem is many common people doesn’t know how protect or control the allergic reactions on your body. That is why we have brought eight foods which are easily available and can help you to fight allergies and they are-

  1. Fatty fish – like Salmon, Sardines, tuna, Mackerel and Herring are the categories of fish which can help you in controlling your allergies and asthma as they contain DHA and EPA, known as healthy Omefa-3 fatty acid that we get from these fishes this can chemical components has Anti-Allergic  agents to decrease allergic reaction.
